Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

Delivery time

The average shipping time is 3 to 14 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods or due to customs procedures.

Shipping method and origin

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. As a result, customs fees may apply, depending on the country of delivery.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are shown at checkout. These depend on the weight, destination and chosen shipping type.

Responsibility for shipping

- If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, the responsibility lies with the customer.

To reduce unnecessary returns and minimize our environmental impact, we actively aim to limit avoidable shipping and transportation. Returns generate additional CO₂ emissions and waste, which we strive to reduce wherever possible.

Therefore, in certain cases, instead of requesting the product to be returned, we may offer customers a partial refund, cashback, store credit, or other appropriate compensation, depending on the situation. This allows us to resolve issues in a faster and more sustainable manner while still ensuring customer satisfaction.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that partial refunds or alternative solutions may be offered as an environmentally friendly alternative to physical returns. This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
